LITTLE Haunt of Last Nightfall (TCP commission)

The concert program features three works, each with a unique political subtext: John Cage's Credo in US is a satirical collage and homage to America; Frederic Rzewski's Coming Together features over 1,000 audio clips of narration collected from around the world, which accompany the live work; and David T. Little's Haunt of Last Nightfall was written in response to a tragedy in El Mozote, El Salvador during the Civil War which took place there in the 1980's.
