Residency culminating in the world premiere of Augusta Read Thomas's new work Resounding Earth. 2:00 p.m. $20/$18 seniors/$15 students and under 17 CONDON Fractalia REICH Mallet Quartet CAGE Third Construction THOMAS Resounding Earth Resounding Earth was commissioned by the University of Notre Dame DeBartolo Performing Arts Center and the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, with additional funding from Chamber Music America Classical Commissioning Program, with generous funding provided by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and the Chamber Music America Endowment Fund.
