Third Coast Percussion joins SIU’s annual Outside the Box new music festival.
Third Coast Percussion will be featured with the SIU School of Music Wind Ensemble, performing David T. Little’s RADIANT CHiLD – a micro-concerto for percussion quartet and wind symphony. In three connected movements, it explores joy, fear, the redundancy of work, and the ultimate need for release that we all experience, but in particular in regard to parenthood.
The performance will take place in SIU’s Shyrock Auditorium, as part of the Outside the Box new music festival. All festival events are FREE and open to the public. Click here for more information and the full festival schedule.
